What Is SHOWTIME? - The logo above represents our Wednesday evening ministry
emphasis. Serving Him on Wednesdays is based on Matthew 5:16.

Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds
and praise your Father in heaven.

In this verse, Jesus is telling us that our good deeds, our acts of service, should point people Godward. In an effort to shine out for Jesus there are some specific ministries in which you will be able to utilize your spiritual gift(s) to bring glory to God. Most of these ministries will take place on Wednesdays during the 6:15 - 7:30 P.M. time slot already scheduled. However, some ministries will need to take place earlier in the evening.

Prayer Meeting	Dr. Ted Savage	Focused time of prayer including some training in how to pray.	Wednesdays 6:15 P.M.
Prayer Walking	Karl & Jan Shank	Praying as you walk in different locations - maybe one of the schools, a neighborhood, etc.	Wednesdays 6:15 P.M.
Minor Home Maintenance	Jim & Cathy Conner	Minor home repairs See pictures of recent project.	Wednesdays & other days as needed 6:15 P.M.
Home from the Hospital	Marie Ratcliff	Short-term help with meals and light cleaning after a hospital stay.	Wednesdays 6:15 P.M.
Bulletin Boards	Laurie Ann Scott	Updating the many bulletin boards around the church campus to keep us all informed with the latest info about what's happening at Central.	Wednesday 6:15 P.M.
S.E.E.D. (Speak English Every Day)	Delores Maze	English as a second language is offered by trained teachers and volunteers.	Wednesday 6:15 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Welmaker Building

Other ministries will be implemented as we step out in faith to engage our community through acts of selfless service. SHOWTIME information is available in the main church office area. You will also find a Spiritual Gift Guide in the office that is designed to assist you in discovering a place of service.

Here's What a Typical Wednesday Night Looks Like

4:00 P.M.     Wheel Meal Deal Ministry - Meals to homebound
                   C.U.P. Ministry (day & time may change due to prison schedule)

4:45 P.M.     Family Fellowship Meal (ends at 6:00 P.M.) (during school year)
                  Children's Bible Drill (during school year)

5:00 P.M.     Children's Choir (3 yrs. - 6th grade) - Welmaker Building

6:15 P.M.     S.H.O.W.TIME (includes Prayer Meeting)
                  CRAVE Student Worship in the Brick House
                  Children's Activities in the Welmaker Building (GA's - girls, K-6th)
                  (AIM - boys, K-6th) (Mission Friends, 3 & 4 yr. olds)

7:30 P.M.     Celebration Choir rehearsal
                  Celebration Band rehearsal
