The Celebration Choir

The Celebration Choir leads out during the 11:00 A.M. worship time on Sundays and
includes adults and youth. Rehearsals are held  each Wednesday, 7:30 - 8:30 P.M. in the Sanctuary.  We would  love for you to come and be a part of the celebration choir.  We not only love to praise the Lord - we have a good time doing it!

Our primary role is to lead worship.  Choir "Calls to Worship", choral tags and special songs are sung frequently on Sunday mornings. New praise and worship music that is sung with
the congregation rings out in 4-part harmony with the choir's help. 

Many special programs have been presented over the years ranging from "Homecoming Praise" with Legacy 5, "Experiencing God - The Musical," "Messiah," to "God in Us." We have also sung with The Florida Boys and Del Way.  Many presentations have included the element of drama.  The musical drama "The Christmas Shoes" was presented in December 2007.

Looking Ahead:  With the construction of our new Worship Center, the music ministry will
be expanding. There will be room for 100 choir members - isn't that exciting?  Is God speaking to you about singing with us?  Come and join us on Wednesday evenings as we
prepare to help lead worship on Sunday mornings. It is projected that we will be in our new Worship Center by Christmas, 2008.   Let's help prepare the way of the Lord.


                                 Celebration Praise Team

Our Praise Team is an ensemble group that participates with our Celebration Choir in music productions and other specials throughout the year.  They also lead out during the summer while the choir is on break.
